About the Project 

A new phase on Palm Jebel Ali was announced by Nakheel Properties in Dubai. The estimated date of the development’s completion is 2028 Q4.

A new phase will include four fronds, where luxury villas and mansions with 5–6 bedrooms will be concentrated. There will be separate entrances to the villas. 

In addition to luxury real estate, 4 new shopping malls and 18 hotels & resorts will be constructed on Palm Jebel Ali. The island community will offer future residents a prestigious lifestyle with access to a well-developed entertainment infrastructure.
